Transition Enrolment from Grade 6 to Year 7
At the commencement of Term 2 each year the Victorian Government distributes a package to families with a Grade 6 student.
Government Primary Schools will distribute this to all families and non-Government schools will determine their distribution method (you may need to request it). Click here for more information about the transition process from Grade 6 to Year 7.
Year 7 Scholarships (For Year 7 students commencing in 2025)
Enrolment at Years 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 (and Year 7 for the current year only)
For enrolments at these year levels for the following calendar year or after the start of the academic year, please click here to download & complete an Application to Enrol form. The completed form can be submitted via email to the Enrolment Officer at enrolment@gleneagles.vic.edu.au.

All government primary and secondary schools have a school zone. A school zone defines an area’s designated neighbourhood government school. Every Victorian student has a legislated right to enrol at their designated neighbourhood government school (local school).
Our school zone is available on which hosts the most up-to-date information on school zones in Victoria.
Students residing within our school zone are guaranteed a place at our school, which is determined by your permanent residential address. Our school manages enrolments using the to ensure that students have access to their designated neighbourhood school and may enrol at another school, if there are available places.

Please note that the zones for Doveton P-9 College and Timbarra P-9 College overlap the Gleneagles SC zone for some addresses. This applies to Year 7 – 9 students. You can determine if you are in their zone by selecting 'Junior Secondary Only' on the .
