Fleet managers benefit from immediate access to inspection reports through , Penske’s real-time fleet management platform. This real-time visibility enables quick resolution of issues, reducing downtime and enhancing operational efficiency.

The eDVIR feature is designed to maintain compliance with Department of Transportation regulations. Exclusive to Penske leased, maintained, or rented vehicles, the eDVIR system integrates seamlessly with Penske’s maintenance operations. Submitted defect reports are automatically sent to the maintenance system, and detailed mechanic notes and resolution statuses are communicated back to Penske Driver and Fleet Insight, keeping drivers and fleet managers informed with up-to-date repair information.
